Description
The NBN Group is actively seeking a talented and experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Cherry Hill, NJ Office. This is a full-time position with the possibility of some additional on-call hours.

This opportunity requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency. In addition, you will need to contribute positively to a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed to ensure all patient scheduling needs and changes are communicated appropriately. Must be creative in your ability to fill open shifts, be computer literate and have attention to detail. Periodic weekend and evening on-call is also required.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience staffing in a healthcare environment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience working with nurses preferred
