The NBN Group is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our staffing team to support our private duty nursing needs in our Cherry Hill, NJ office.

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the staffing of new and existing private duty cases. This position involves a lot of interaction with both our clients as well as the employees. They will also work closely with the recruitment and nursing supervisor teams to ensure needs are met. This position is a great opportunity for someone who likes a fast paced, team environment and who wants to contribute to the needs of our families.
This opportunity requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency. In addition, you will need to contribute positively to a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed to ensure all patient scheduling needs and changes are communicated appropriately. Must be creative in your ability to fill open shifts, be computer literate and have attention to detail. Periodic weekend and evening on-call is also required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- MUST have 1-3 years recent heath care or home care agency experience
- Experience in staffing preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to defuse difficult people and handle tense situations.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work load
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency MS Office
